 | Scott Siegler joined Dell’Oro Group in 2007 and is responsible for the Mobility Infrastructure market research program. He is a respected industry authority on LTE market trends. Prior to joining Dell’Oro Group, he was a Senior Associate with Trident Consulting Group, where he consulted on various financial and economic matters, including business valuations, transfer pricing, and corporate restructurings. Before that he spent over six years with Applied Micro Circuits Corporation (AMCC), as a Program Manager and as a Software Engineer, where he was responsible for writing software to simulate AMCC’s network processor and switching ASICs. He began his career with Tandem Computers as a Software Engineer responsible for developing diagnostic and verification software for Tandem’s fault tolerant systems. Mr. Siegler has written articles for RCRWireless, is frequently quoted in Bloomberg, Forbes.com and Converge! Network Digest, has spoken at industry conferences such as Interop and appeared on NetEvents TV covering mobile technologies and LTE market trends.Mr. Siegler received a B.S. degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University and an M.B.A. in Finance from Santa Clara University.

 | Anthony Berkeley leads Alcatel-Lucent's Next Generation Mobile Access Strategy team. Anthony and his team are responsible for driving Alcatel-Lucent’s Mobile Broadband strategy activities interfacing with both operators and internal management in order to position Mobile Broadband solutions within the market place and ensuring these solutions fulfill the needs of operators. In addition Anthony leads the EMEA LTE market support team working closely with operators to advise them on the evolution to LTE Prior to taking this role Anthony led Global LTE marketing and strategy for Alcatel-Lucent. Anthony has held various positions over the years, including leading the Global 3G business case consulting team, head of IMS customer solutions for EMEA and as leading the WCDMA business strategy team. Anthony, as a result of his experiences, possesses a great deal of knowledge and experience gained from working with both fixed and mobile operators in understanding the needs and the challenges operators face in the broadband world.

 | Atul Bhatnagar was named Ixia’s president and CEO in March 2008. He joined the company in September 2007 as president and COO. As president and CEO, Atul is responsible for the company’s day-to-day operations and long-term strategy. Atul has more than 20 years of experience in the computing and communications industry, having held high-level positions with DiVitas Networks, Nortel, Alteon Web Systems and Hewlett Packard.
